Anti-Cross-Territory-Selling

¡ñ Why it is needed?

¡¡China is a wide land country and with big differences in economical development for different territories. An enterprise may adopt different marketing policies for different territories. To protect the interests of the enterprises and the distributors, the policies should be executed thoroughly. A new mechanism called Anti-Cross-Territory-Selling is applied to control product flow of an enterprise. In this way, every piece of product could be tracked.
¡ñ How it works?

¡¡Each piece of product is identified with an individual code, namely Product-ID Code(could be sequential or disordered). Before delivered to a distributor or seller, the property data (like seller territory name, distributor name, product name, operator-ID for delivery, date time stamp etc.) about the product could be recorded in the Anti-Cross-Territory-Selling System Database. In any case, if a marketing management team member intends to retrieve the information about a certain piece of product, he may send the Product-ID Code including his own ID data to the Anti-Cross-Territory-Selling information system, then the system will response with the data about the Product-ID Code. To make the delivery easier for operation, the Product-ID code could be additionally printed in bar code format. At product delivery, the operator scans the bar code with a scanner, using a computer collecting the scanned data from the scanner and sets the related property data, then uploads to the system database. If a package contains fixed number of small boxes, it is applicable to order "Packed Tags",i.e, the package tag and the box tags relation could be settled down at the code generating stage. The printing factory must guarantee the package tag and the small box tags have exactly the right linkage of the codes. In this way, the delivery operator only needs to scan the product-ID bar code of the package, all the codes of the small boxes will have the same property data as the package tag code, and the box tags need not have the bar code of the product-ID printed on.

¡ñ Why it works

¡¡The product-ID is individual inside of the system. If combined with the Anti-Forgery code, the tag is not reproduceable(If any distributors or sellers reproduce the product-ID tag, they must copy the anti-forgery, but it will be traced if any consumer identifies the Anti-Forgery code). In this way, the data attached to the product-ID code gives accurate information about the piece of the product.
